You can add your event to theDP.com’s calendar of events by submitting the details at thedp.com/calendar/submit. To request that the event be featured in the Events section of the print edition email events@thedp.com. All print features are chosen at the discretion of the editor.

Contact advertising@thedp.com or call 215-898-6581 to discuss print and online advertising at the Daily Pennsylvanian. Print ads are priced by size, and can be fitted to meet most budget constraints. Online ads are priced per 1,000 impressions and have a minimum run of 30,000 impressions, currently the minimum price for online advertising is $420 for underthebutton.com and $360 for thedp.com. More detailed sizing and rate information can be found at thedp.com/advertising

Locust Walk (Banners, Flyering, Tables)

What to do

Review the policy for Locust Walk banners on the VPUL Website. Reservations for banners can be made as late as noon on the Friday prior to the week of desired reservation. Go into the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) Room 200 Houston Hall – 3417 Spruce Street to sign up for a specific slot.

Comments

Reservations may be made for up to one week, after which the reservation must be renewed. Poles are available starting at 9AM in OSA. A cash deposit of $25 must be made when the poles are exchanged, and will be returned when the poles are returned to the office.

Create a slide with all of your event’s information and submit it to the person of contact. If you are having trouble creating something yourself, the staff managing the PVN Video Bulletin Board staff can help you construct a solid slide.

The Video Bulletin Board (ch. 2) is fully devoted to promoting and providing information about University programs, resources, student services, job opportunities, and Philadelphia-area events of interest. The information is delivered in a graphically dynamic visual environment, in continuous rotation and around the clock. The PVN Video Bulletin Board is offered free of charge.
